Filters v2 — the A+C hybrid: pills as the surface, panel as the editor
One condition tree, two views. Simple conditions live as pills (A). An OR group renders as a bracketed group pill — readable inline. Clicking any pill, or "Advanced", expands the C panel showing the full tree; edits there re-render the pills. The same tree object is what a rule stores — "Save as rule condition" comes free in Wave 3.
